Открыт набор заявок в онлайн пре-акселерационную программу AD Ventures для основателей стартапов из Кыргызской Республики, которые хотят попасть в ведущие глобальные акселераторы Y Combinator, Techstars, 500 Global, Google for Startups, Plug and Play и Antler. В ходе 8-недельной программы участники получат возможность познакомиться с опытными спикерами из числа руководителей и выпускников ведущих акселераторов, которые поделятся своим опытом для того, чтобы помочь участникам подготовить свои заявки в топовые акселерационные программы. Daniel Abdyldaev will be moderating a panel discussion at the Startup Central Eurasia Venture Summit 2024, which will take place in Tbilisi, Georgia on April 25-26th.

This is the most extensive report on venture capital in Central Asia and the Caucasus by BGlobal Ventures, RISE Research and EA Group Holding: The CCA region (Caucasus & Central Asia) comprises countries with a combined population of around 90 mln with an average population growth rate of 1.5%. VC deals amount in the region has grown 5.5x over the last 5 years (the amount of startups has grown 6x). While CCA VC funding has grown faster in the medium term than global VC the combined, VC funding per remains very low with $2.5 per capita (vs $1 900 in North America, $490 in Europe, $70 in LATAM, $30 in MENA and $20 in CEE). VC funding per GDP in CCA is only 0.03% compared to 0.17% in MENA and 0.24% in CEE. VC funding per startups is $17k in CCA vs $212k in MENA and $280k in CEE. There is a great opportunity to increase VC volume in the Caucasus & Central Asia region. My wonderful 5-year journey with John Galt (ololo group) as their General Manager has come to an end. Most of all it was great fun!
